Bowls is a game that can be enjoyed by all ages and physical abilities providing both exercise and social interaction. At Rock Park Bowling Club you will find friendly and welcoming  bowlers eager to help newcomers , whatever your ability , to enjoy a game of bowls.  Equipment will be provided and coaching given to help you learn  the basics of bowls. 

This year’s New Members Day for all newcomers and beginners is on  Saturday 27th April 2025.  Come and give it a go, you can be assured of a warm welcome!

The Club opens its Green on  Saturday 12th April 2025 and closes it on 14th September 2025. If you can’t make it to the Open Day there are  usually some members available to talk to in the evenings giving you the opportunity to watch a game or to try it out for yourselves.

The club has wheelchair access and an accessible washroom. It has separate Ladies and  Gents changing rooms and a well stocked bar to enjoy a drink after a game.  

The Club has many social events throughout the year for members to enjoy.
